Since Mancini took over the club has pretty much made it his policy of ridding the squad of ego's. Balotelli seems to have calmed down of late so that really only leaves Tevez in the squad as a player who you cannot guarantee behaviour from. What, for me has kept Tevez out of this surgical removal from Mancini is that his attitude on the pitch has never faulterd and Mancini chose to see past his spats.
At the end of the day we have been trying to build a dressing room, club ethos and club mentality of winners and maybe players like Tevez has hindered us getting that total unity required to go to places like Bayern Munich and show our quality. So now we've used these players, pre-madonna's, drama queens and paid them a wedge for the privilege to get us to where we want to be, then surely the policy is to not bring in any more and that attitude is a paramount irrelevant of talent in any prospective transfer target?
On that note, i'd love to see some kind of deal involving swapping Edinson Cavani for Tevez but realistically i'd like to see us go out there and try and pick up a striker in the kind of way we picked up Adam Johnson and the scum with Hernandez, by getting someone with flashes of ability that is keen to make an impression on the game whenever they get given the chance.
I'd also like to see the club impose a ban on any member of any of the squads from 1st to U16's being 'represented' or in any way associated with Kia J.

I like the part about zero tolerace in regard to KJ ... That moron is a blight on the entire game, anywhere you see shite from players he isn't far away lurking in the background.

I also like that fact our guys don't wave hands around demanding cards, or charge at the ref....we only have one diver anad that's Balotelli - once he mans up a bit this team will be all the more likeable, even for the casual observer...

That is one thing that I have noticed, under Mancini we haven't gone over the top at all but just got on with the game. I also must give some credit for that to Kool Toure, who I feel was a great influence right up until his ban.
