QPR Boss Mark Hughes is Reportedly Planning a Triple Raid On Manchester City For Roque Santa Cruz, Wayne Bridge and Kolo Toure. Hughes signed them all for City back in 2009 for a combined sum of £37m but the trio are now available for a lot less with the Premier League champions known to be keen to slash their wage bill. It's understood the Welshman could bring the three players to Loftus Road for less than £8m with owner Tony Fernandes ready to back his manager's judgement by covering the costs of their lucrative salaries. Santa Cruz is up for sale for just £2m after spending the whole of last season on loan at Real Betis where he scored seven times in 33 league appearances. He previously followed Hughes to the Etihad Stadium after working with him at Blackburn Rovers, and was rumoured to have been on the former Manchester United striker's wanted list during his time in charge at Fulham. Toure, who turned 31 this year, has slipped down the pecking order at City due to the outstanding form of Vincent Kompany and Joleon Lescott, but would still command a fee of around £5m. Hughes' other target, Bridge can't be sold soon enough, with a value of just £1m placed on his head after recent loan spells with West Ham and Sunderland.

I'd be happy to keep Kolo TBH.

I thought Bridge was sold to Sunderland, or was it only a loan deal?
Definitely time to get shut of RSC. He hasn't done anything for us really! I agree with keeping Kolo though, especially after the defensive problems we had last season with injuries and unfair suspensions!
Can anyone think of any other deadwood we need to get rid of?
