Barca in for Roman

According to a few 'sources' across the internet Barca are close to agreeing a deal to take Joan Angel-Roman. He's put in some really impressive performances for the EDS side this year and has taken the step up but i really cannot see Mancini being willing to really utilize any of the young players unless they are really tearing up trees.

I guess if it is true then he will more than likely go, but if he doesn't I'd like to see him taken on the pre-season tour and then loaned out to the right type of manager to build his game further.

The Barca youth scout who is involved in this deal has apparently said that, despite his potential, he has not developed as much as they expected when he came to Manchester and are looking for a cut price deal to see if their training methods can help him to develop into the player that he was expected to develop into when we first signed him.
