I think he'd be a worthwhile addition if we can bring him in for anywhere between £6-8 million. He's always been a promising, typical English style CB but i think playing at Swansea has developed his overall game and he has become very decent on the ball as well.

Let's see if Laudrup wants to keep him, or more importantly, whether Laudrup CAN keep him.

Spurs have Kaboul, Dawson and if Vortonghen & King re-sign/sign, it might open up a chance to sign him especially if we can offer 4th choice CB, 3rd if Kolo goes, with the chance of getting some champs league game time under his belt as opposed to 5th at Spurs. It's a long shot that a chance might open up to get him but he's a quality prospect, miles better than Phil Jones.
