Manchester City Splash the Cash on Brazil Star
MANCHESTER CITY have approached Anzhi Makhachkala for Brazil star Willian.
According to ESPN Brasil, has been rejected but the Citizens are thought to be keen and will hit back with a fresh offer.
The bid comes after Makhachkala's owner declared his intention to sell a series of the team's stronger players.
Willian, Jucilei, Ewerton and João Carlos are all thought to be availble this summer.
Kerimov Remchukov suffered health issues leading to his decision to reform the club, after he kick started a huge spending spree upon his take-over of the club in 2011.
