I will not be unhappy to go out of the CL at this stage and I'd be quite happy to see us win 0-1 in Barcelona and leave the competition.
We have not had many years in the European arena and we still have our team in it's infancy with only a couple of seasons (maximum) for most of our guys to get used to playing together.
A qualification for next year's tournament, a stiffening of our back four and another injection of pace upfront and then we'll really be ready for a good crack at winning the CL.
My final reason is purely selfish - let's get the treble this year (PL. League AND FA Cups) and I will not miss European competition at all. BUT, I will be very, very optimistic for the BIG 4 next season.
