.....................His stupid obsession with Demichellis has, IMO, completely destroyed his credibility as a Prem League manager. 99.9% of ALL City fans know that Lescott/Kompany partnership is far, far better than ANY CB pairing with Demi in it; the sporting journos know that Demi is our weak link; my mother-in-laws pet Budgie knows that the Kompany/Lescott partnership is better for not having Demi plodding around and generally cocking up anything defensive (he looks good going forward, but he is on the pitch as Defender FFS !). I get the team sheets sent to my text from the club an hour before kick off of every game and I got the team sheet for Sunday as I was just settling down for my first pint of the day when it came. I saw that Demi was playing, stood up and went home - let us just say that I was not at all surprised that he was the major player in the goals - I am just so pleased that I was back at home and did not have to face the shrieks of laughter, delight and derision that the red scumbags were making. Sorry Senor Pelle - start doing your job properly or get your bag packed and head back to South America...... taking Demichellis with you

Haha calm down Graham ........ Lescott is average at best (not a fan) but I won't deny that Demichelis has cost us but its obvious Pellegrini goes for experience over ability in this CB position! I don't know why Micah hasn't had a spell as Kompany's partner!? When he played CB under Hughes he looked quite good! Also, where's Boyata or any other younger CB's we have coming through?

I have to say that, against Hull, both Demichellis AND Garcia were magnificent in the centre of defence once that VK had been red carded. For me, the jury is still definitely out, none of the Hull attackers have sent any other Prem defences into 'worry mode' but I'd hate to have either of these two guys in our defence at Anfield or the swamp or Emirates !

Got to say that, finally, Demichellis seems to have been performing very well in the Prem games. Let's just hope he can keep it up BUT the speedy Loserpool three front runners frighten me if they are pitted against him. His lack of speed is likely to cost us, I just hope his experience will make up for his lack of pace.
