Joke after all he'd done since he went there. It's 'arry's dodgy mate who helped our 'arry screw Portsmouth - shouldn't be surprised

Villas-Boas Sacked by Chelsea
AVB Goes After Just NINE Months Andre Villas-Boas has been sacked by Chelsea after less than a year in charge at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea's decision comes on the back of Saturday's 1-0 defeat by West Bromwich Albion and a run of just three Premier League wins in their last 12 games. The 34-year-old Portuguese only took over as manager in June 2011. Former Chelsea midfielder Roberto di Matteo has been put in charge as first-team coach on an interim basis until the end of the season. Read more here:

Chelsea are becoming a joke!
After the amount of years Roman Abramovich has owned Chelsea and he still doesn't realise what is needed to run a successful club! He had only one manager who could live up to his expectations and he sacked him as well!
Murmurs of Mourinho going back to Chelsea are doing the rounds now... somehow I think not!

I cannot see any decent manager, aware of Abramovitch's actions, going to Chelsea. He'll end up with a third or even fourth string manager I feel. (and I hope).

If the next manager who goes there has any sense then he will have it written into the contract to say that he cannot be sacked within one season whilst the club is under redevelopment.
I don't see Roman going for this though!

Harry Redknapp Says Tottenham Sacking Was Inevitable Harry Redknapp believes he would have been sacked by Tottenham even if they earned Champions League qualification. “It is tough because it is a team that could have gone on to win the Premier League. I just wish I had been part of that” The 65-year-old manager was dismissed on Wednesday evening after almost four years at White Hart Lane. Despite finishing one point behind Arsenal in fourth last term, Chelsea's Champions League win denied Spurs a place in next season's competition. "I think the same outcome would have happened, the chairman would have gone down the same road," said Redknapp. Chairman Daniel Levy is said to be in no rush to replace Redknapp with Tottenham privately expressing a determination to conduct a "properly run process" to find their next manger. When any manager let's the world know that he is moree important tham his director, the club or breathing, then he will inevitably get the bullet. 'arry kept saying (indirectly by hinting he wanted the England job) that he wanted to leave. Another example of 'careful what you ask for, you may get it'.

This was definitely bad news for Spurs. 'Arry is a true wheeler dealer in the transfer market and this is where his true skill is in club management and I was actually glad that he was not made England manager.
I don't know who Spurs will get in now, but to replace 'Arry at the lane is a monumental task and I feel that Spurs will slip down the league as result.

Feel a bit sorry for whoever takes over at Spurs. Will have a few problems with that squad now. Modric, VDV & Bale will all not want to miss out on another Champions League season. Will need to sign at least one striker and not sure they'll agree a deal for Adebayor due to his wages. Also need cover in the wide areas and perhaps defensively too. Quite a rebuilding project to come and not sure how much funds are available.

I work with couple of Spurs "fans". They've been trying to have cheap digs at me, but I think I will have the last laugh as they slip farther down the table.
