Up until the start of last season, never did i think i'd be putting this up seriously. Neville on MNF suggested Nasri is a weakness in the side www.skysports.com/video/inline/0,,12602_8322774,00.html (i know skysports clips are infamously useless) But basically, if the clips doesn't work, he says he doesn't think he works hard enough. That he doesn't take the ball in deep areas and that he doesn't look for the ball, to take it off of his back four enough. Then he pulls up a graphic of his touches mirrored over each other from each half and it proves his point. I've never thought of Nasri as a weak link, in fact I've always thought he actually provided more cover for his full back than Silva, however it doesn't appear to be the case. But when you think about it, United's 2nd goal, Clichy getting left wrong side of a 1 v 2, he has no option but to stand off in order to cover both men, the ball goes in and we concede. How many times this season has that happened? Ajax's 1st goal away, Nastasic in the Dortmund away for the blaskowoski cross that led to their goal. And I'm sure there have been others. Does Neville have a point, because if so it's a massive one, or is it the job of Yaya and Barry to get out and help him out due to the system that we play and the freedom it affords Silva and Nasri?

I agree, Nasri is a lightweight - I thought that even before we signed him.

Nasri has disappointed me to some tune. At times he has ALMOST seemed to be cvoming good. I'd let Abdul Razak have a go for a while
