> and use the subsequent funds raised from the sales to go out and add another genuine, world class player like Neymar? The summer could be a good market for off loading strikers with both Milan clubs and Juventus looking to strengthen in that area.

For me, we would be weaker. Joe Cole is crap and Ashley Cole has had more than his fair share of falling out with City players and staff over the last few years.(A disaster in the dressing room waiting to happen IMO). As far as LLorente goes, it would be an avsolute gamble that he MAY be able to do something in the Prem (of which I am in doubt).
For me, yeah, maybe the time is now when we give up on the chance that Balotelli will grow up or even develop into his potential but I would rather replace him with John Guidetti and I'd also add Dennis Suarez to our first team squad and get shut of Sinclair.
At least would be using our own youngsters and letting everyone at the club (like Razak, Rekik, Evans etc) see that they WILL be given a chance.

Meant to vote no. I really like Llorente, his link up play is brilliant and unlike Dzeko, isn't caught flat footed. I do feel for Dzeko, when he tries to just stick to what he's good at, the team don't play to his strengths and he gets made to look ineffective. As a result he drops deeper and deeper, coming further away from the area where he actually looks a £20 million+ player and that makes him look more like a mid-table striker. Any player bought from a foreign league is a gamble, however it can't really be considered at gamble when we will be able to sign him on a pre-contract bosmon for nothing in January.
